Sitting back at Secret Recipe(SR) and devouring on a yummy portion of cake, I was telling my yet another partner in crime (* you know who you are) that wouldn’t it be nice to have a designer cake for our own birthday. We were flipping through the cakes phamplet at SR and it was unfortunate that they only make birthday cakes with Batman or Powerpuff Girls design. We were thinking of something adult-like.
For some reason, I was telling to myself exactly this, ” I think for this year, I would like to have a birthday cake with a cool design and shape. I don’t want to have that typical over the counter cakes.” Lo and behold, I ended up coming across an article about exactly the type of designer cake I was talking about. I’m guessing, the universe is listening to my wishes. Haha. The law of attraction actually really works.
